With nearly 15 years of experience in commercial law and legal consultancy, I’ve helped businesses of every size — from blue-chip household names to ambitious start-ups — protect their interests with clear, watertight contracts and compliance strategies. Trained in a Top Ten law firm and experienced both in private practice and in-house within major organisations, I know what it takes to keep businesses legally protected while supporting growth.

As a business coach, trauma-informed clinical hypnotherapist, rapid transformational therapist, and yoga teacher, I approach my work through a nervous system lens.
